Cookies are made from scratch with premium ingredients in a licensed & insured home-based business in Pacific Beach, California. Cookies are produced in a facility containing known food allergens, including: wheat, eggs, milk, soy, fruit and nuts. If you have questions about allergens, please ask before ordering. Each cookie is baked and decorated after you place your order, slight variations in color and style are normal and should be expected.
Please keep in mind we are very careful with our packaging. Although, cookies do break from time to time. No refunds will be given for broken cookies as we have no control over how the postal service handles the boxes.
Cookies can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for loss, damage or delay by the postal service and no refunds will be given for any of these reasons. All sales final.
Rush Orders
If you need your order within 14 days, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee acceptance. Rush orders are reviewed based on availability and may include a rush fee, which will be determined by the amount of work required.
Charges for Cancellations:
- 14 days or more prior to pick-up or delivery date: 75% of your order total will be returned as store credit, valid for 90 days from the date of cancellation. If there is any balance pending, it will be due immediately.
- 7 days or more prior to pick-up or delivery date: 50% of the entire order will be charged. If there is any balance pending, it will be due immediately.
- Less than 7 days prior to pick-up or delivery date: No refunds will be given, and the total amount of the order will be due.
